HP PPM Reporting Solution
Cognos self-service reporting solution against HP PPM v8, including:
- Self-service reporting / analytical capabilities and user training
- For Cognos: Program/Project status reports, Actual Effort with all possible break down reports, custom analysis and reports per customer specification.
- Reporting Logical Data Model, Physical Data Model either in Framework Manager (in case of Cognos reporting) or in database layer for other reporting tools (BO, MSRS, Microstrategy, etc)
- Documented reporting/analytical requirements, with scope assessing and project plan
- Solution architecture, software component selection options, cost-benefit analysis
